Dancehall has been around for over a few decades and has grown to become popular all over the world. The upbeat and energy-filled dance style will not only help you with your fitness and cardio but will also teach you foundation, history and most importantly?groove!

Put some spice in your workout with our Zumba class. Zumba is a fusion of Latin/International music and dance themes that are used to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body.
